PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS PAGE CAREFULLY.

The MLS allows us to upload a maximum of 100 photos. Please number your files (ex: 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg, etc.) so that we know in which order you would like them to be displayed. If you do not specify, we will choose the order.

The MLS requires that the first photo is of the exterior front of the property. For best results, please upload photos at least 2,000px on the shortest side. Photos must NOT contain signs, logos, or contact information.

DO NOT USE PHOTOS THAT YOU DID NOT TAKE OR DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE.

The MLS will issue an automatic fine for photos that have been used without permission. It is also ILLEGAL.

This includes:

Photos from previous listings Screenshots of Google Street View Screenshots of Google Maps or other satellite imagery Any photo that you did not specifically take yourself or do not have specific permission to use

Due to form limitations, the upload process is split into five sections below. You may upload 20 photos per section. The MLS allows a maximum of 100 photos.

PHOTO UPLOAD OPTIONS

OPTION 1

Fill up the Photo Upload form and click on SEND. You will then get a reply email (within 24 hours) from GRFREALTY with a Google Drive Link for you to Upload your Photos.

OPTION 2

Fill up the Photo Upload Form. If your photos are stored in Google Drive, Dropbox or any Cloud Storage Services, please make it public and enter the link on the field provided at the bottom of the form. Click Send.
