Our founder, Gary Ganzie is an experienced real estate broker. Gary is from New York City and started buying real estate in 2000. His first investment was a 12 unit building in Jersey City, New Jersey. He bought this with very little money. In just 5 years from that one investment he was able to retire and at age 38 relocated to the Tampa Bay. Retirement at such a young age became boring so Gary decided to get back into the industry. His specialty is providing strategy for individuals and small business owners to create wealth using real estate.
